Taking advantage of the stay of the rector of the University of the Caribbean (UNICARIBE), an important meeting was held at the University of Alcalá de Henares with the IMECA research group. The objective of this meeting was the preparation of the III International Congress on Inclusion and Educational Improvement, to be held at UNICARIBE in January 2026.

This congress, which will take place over three days, is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, academics in the field of inclusion and educational improvement, as well as professionals in the education sector. The event is expected to serve as a space for the exchange of ideas and best practices in inclusive education.

During his visit, the Rector of UNICARIBE was also received by Dr. Vicente, Rector of the University of Alcalá de Henares. In this brief meeting, both rectors agreed to establish a collaboration agreement that will strengthen the ties between both institutions and promote joint initiatives in the educational field.

This congress represents a valuable opportunity to advance educational inclusion and improvement, and is expected to attract a wide audience interested in these crucial issues.
