Artificial intelligence has taken root in the economy, science, education, and virtually every aspect of our daily lives at a pace that outstrips our ability to fully grasp its consequences.

This sixth issue of GPS UNICARIBE is dedicated to examining that gap—along with its opportunities and risks—by bringing together contributions from leading professionals and scholars who approach artificial intelligence from complementary perspectives.
