Expo Sostenible is a comprehensive platform dedicated to promoting sustainability in the Dominican Republic. Led by El Nuevo Diario, ProExpo and the Council for Economic and Social Development of Santo Domingo (CODESSD) with the collaboration of EM Estrategia, its mission is to promote actions and projects that balance economic growth, environmental care and social welfare.

Through the Podcast “Voces Sostenibles” and the newspaper El Nuevo Diario, Expo Sostenible seeks to raise awareness, share knowledge and foster collaboration between the public and private sectors to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Within the framework of the most important sustainability event in Latin America, Universidad del Caribe showed its commitment to sustainable development and the preservation of natural resources.
UNICARIBE’s participation stand was on April 15 and 16 during the fair.
